Rakshabandhan Band-Making Activity

Celebrate Rakshabandhan with a creative band-making activity that’s perfect for kids! This fun project lets children design their own colorful bands and wear them proudly.

Materials Required:

• Printable Rakshabandhan band templates
• Laminator
• Crayons, markers, or colored pencils
• Scissors
• Velcro dots

Instructions:

Download and print

• Download the free Rakshabandhan band templates and print them.

Cut along the dotted line

These sheets will create 10 bands. Cut each band along the dotted lines.

Color the Image:

• Start by coloring the band templates with your favorite colors and designs, add stickers or glitter. Let your creativity shine!

Laminate the bands:

Place each band between laminating pouches. Ensure that the band is centered and there is a small border of laminating sheet around the edges.

Cut and add velcro:

• Carefully cut out the bands. Attach Velcro dots carefully to the ends of each band for easy fastening and removal.

Wear and Enjoy:

• Put on your colorful Rakshabandhan bands and celebrate with your friends or siblings!
